Provider Use Only

This policy defines the provider-only terms under which USA Med Peptides supplies its products. It applies to every product, every order, and every customer, and it forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Effective date: June 29, 2026  ·  Operated by: USA Med Peptides ("USA Med Peptides," "we," "us," or "our")

Important notice

All products sold by USA Med Peptides are supplied EXCLUSIVELY to licensed medical providers and their authorized staff for professional use. Products are not sold to consumers. Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and nothing on this site is a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Any professional application is made solely under the purchasing provider’s own license, clinical judgment, and responsibility. Purchasing a product means you accept these terms in full.

1.Our provider use only statement

USA Med Peptides supplies peptide products exclusively to licensed medical providers and their authorized staff for use within their professional practice. Every product we offer is designated provider use only. This designation is not a formality. It defines who may lawfully purchase our products, and it is a condition of every sale. If you are not a licensed medical provider, or authorized staff ordering on behalf of a provider practice, you may not purchase from USA Med Peptides.

2.What "provider use only" means

"Provider use only," or "PUO," means that a product is supplied only to a licensed healthcare professional, or a practice or facility acting through one, and is not sold to consumers. Products are supplied as bulk peptide preparations; they are not supplied, marketed, or labeled as FDA-approved finished drugs. Any clinical or professional application of a product is made solely under the purchasing provider’s own license, clinical judgment, protocols, and responsibility, and in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to that provider.

3.Regulatory status of our products

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, food additives, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or by any comparable regulatory authority, for safety or effectiveness in humans or animals. USA Med Peptides is a supplier of peptide products. USA Med Peptides is not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy (503A), an outsourcing facility (503B), a wholesale drug distributor, a clinic, or a healthcare provider, and USA Med Peptides does not dispense, prescribe, or compound medications. No statement made by USA Med Peptides should be interpreted as approval, clearance, or authorization of any product for human or animal use.

4.Not sold to consumers

Our products may not, under any circumstances, be:

  • Sold, resold, or transferred to consumers or to any person who is not a licensed medical provider or authorized staff of a provider practice;
  • Marketed, labeled, or represented as FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or medical devices;
  • Promoted with any claim that they diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition;
  • Purchased using false, borrowed, or misrepresented licensure or practice information;
  • Used in violation of any law or regulation applicable to the purchaser.

USA MED PEPTIDES PRODUCTS ARE SUPPLIED TO LICENSED MEDICAL PROVIDERS ONLY. ANY APPLICATION OF A PRODUCT IS MADE UNDER THE PURCHASING PROVIDER'S OWN LICENSE AND CLINICAL JUDGMENT, IS UNDERTAKEN ENTIRELY AT THE PROVIDER'S OWN RISK, AND IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROVIDER.

5.Permitted uses

Subject to all applicable law and the rest of this policy, products may be used only within the purchasing provider’s professional practice, under that provider’s license, clinical judgment, and protocols, and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to that provider, or for quality-control, analytical, and reference purposes by the practice.

6.Prohibited uses

You may not, and may not authorize or enable any other person to:

  • Sell, dispense, or supply any product to consumers, or otherwise act as a retail seller of the products;
  • Represent, market, or label any product as FDA-approved, or make any claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease;
  • Remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent any provider use only designation, label, lot number, or safety information;
  • Repackage, relabel, dilute, or combine products for the purpose of retail resale;
  • Transfer or resell any product to any person you know or reasonably should know intends a prohibited use;
  • Use any product in violation of any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

7.Who may purchase

Products may be purchased only by licensed medical providers and their practices. To purchase, you must be at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and hold, or order under, an active professional license in good standing. We may, at our discretion, request verification of your age, identity, professional licensure, practice affiliation, or intended use, and we may refuse or cancel any order at any time.

8.Buyer responsibilities and legal compliance

By purchasing, you accept sole responsibility for the lawful and safe use of every product you receive, and you agree that you will:

  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, export, possession, handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal of the Products, including any controlled substance, hazardous material, and import or export requirements;
  • Determine, before purchasing, whether a product is lawful to acquire, possess, and use in your jurisdiction;
  • Use, store, and dispose of products only in accordance with this policy, accepted laboratory safety practices, and applicable law;

9.Safe handling, storage, and disposal

Products must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate controls. You are solely responsible for reviewing all available product information, including any certificate of analysis and safety information where provided, and for implementing appropriate handling, storage, and disposal procedures in accordance with applicable law and accepted professional standards. Products should be stored as directed and kept secure at all times.

10.No medical advice and no claims

Nothing on our Site or in our materials constitutes medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice. Product information, including names, structures, descriptions, and analytical data, is provided for reference and identification purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or representation that a product is safe or effective for any purpose. We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition.

11.Resale and transfer restrictions

If you transfer a product, which is permitted only where lawful and consistent with this policy, you must pass these provider use only restrictions through to the recipient, confirm that the recipient is a licensed medical provider or authorized staff of a provider practice, and ensure that the recipient agrees to these terms. You remain responsible for ensuring that no product reaches a person who intends a prohibited use.

12.Assumption of risk and release

YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE, RECEIPT, HANDLING, STORAGE, USE, AND DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE USA MED PEPTIDES AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY USE OF A PRODUCT IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OR APPLICABLE LAW, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THEM AGAINST ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SUCH USE, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

13.Enforcement and right to refuse

Compliance with this policy is a condition of every purchase. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or suspend any order or account, at any time and for any lawful reason, including any actual or suspected violation of this policy, without notice and without liability. A breach of this policy is a material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
