This Privacy Policy explains what personal information USA Med Peptides collects when you use usamedpeptides.com, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights available to you.

USA Med Peptides is a supplier of peptide products for licensed medical providers. This Privacy Policy covers personal information about visitors, account holders, and customers of usamedpeptides.com. - Order and transaction information: billing address, shipping address, items purchased, order history, and the last four digits and type of your payment card (full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us).

When you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by the processor in accordance with its own privacy and security practices, and we do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive limited information such as the last four digits, card type, and the transaction result for order management, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and account or security notices.

Our Site and products are intended only for licensed medical providers and their practices, and purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.
